how i feel about printing my portfolio myself. x5
It’s harder than it looks. Never thought I’d be sweating over arranging things so neatly. haha!
The rest of my book covers.
The first set is my Typographic series, and the second one is supposedly my Illustrative one. Not very illustrative is it? haha

Book covers based on Ethan Coen’s “Gates of Eden”
Didn’t think making book covers would annoy me so much, especially dealing with a minimalist theme. Basically, we’re supposed to make a series of three books based off of the ones we like the most from Ethan Coen’s “Gates of Eden”. We had to break it down to 3 sets: Illustrative, Typographic, and Photographic. 9 book covers. I died.
This is my Photographic series.
Also, I actually enjoyed reading “Gates of Eden”. Pretty humorous.
Caelum by Miguel Yatco
Caelum is a decorative script typeface that I based on Jessica Hische’s first typeface, Buttermilk. This is our final project for one of my type classes. It’s still not refined, but I’m pretty happy with it!
Two new additions to my SNYS series!
I don’t know why, but I sort of am in love with how unfinished paintings look like. I honestly didn’t want to paint the rest of this last year. In fact, I hate the finished piece.

‘Shit New Yorkers Say’ Postcard Book!
Great news! I’m now in the process of expanding the SNYS postcards to 7 more, so it’ll be a total of 10! I’m pretty hyped to continue the series, but I’m definitely gonna have to look for more shit that new yorkers say!
If you’re from the city, or lived in the city at some point in your life, please do feel free to leave some ideas!!
Thanks guys!

Shit New Yorkers Say Postcards
A postcard project I did for my Basic Graphic Design class, based off of the viral hit of “Shit (Blank) Say” videos found on Youtube. The task was to make postcards inspired by what you love/hate about NY. Pulled out the humor card on this one! haha
I might make more! It’s been a fun project!
Central Clothing Co.
Manhattan, NY 10005
A small project I did for my Basic Type class. We basically had to take photos of type around the city, and use them to make whatever we wanted. I decided to make a clothing line based off of a restaurant/bar I found at Stone St.
I took their logo apart and created Central!
Thank you Taylor Baker, for the last minute photo shoot.
